SYNOPSIS:
Following the Friday screening, Billy Martin of Medeski Martin & Wood will give a solo drum performance.

Medeski, Martin & Wood is an American avant-jazz-funk band formed in 1991, consisting of John Medeski on keyboards, Billy Martin on drums, and Chris Wood on bass. The band is influenced by musical traditions including funk and hip hop and is known for an unconventional style sometimes described as avant-groove. Not Not Jazz provides an in-depth look at the unique and wholly improvisational creative process of the revolutionary musicians as they endeavor to record a new album at the famed Allaire Studio, twenty-five years after their formation.

BIO:
Jason Miller is an Emmy nominated multi-disciplinary artist originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up frequently moving around the south before attending the University of Georgia.
