SYNOPSIS:
This short documentary follows veteran pigeon racer Charlie Morgan through his process of preparing and training his pigeons for the first 150 mile race of the season. While it is still popular in some countries, pigeon racing is a dying passion in the U.S. Charlie and his peers are among the last racers to keep the passion alive.
BIO:
Incoming is Brooklyn based filmmaker Dan Debrey’s directorial debut. While he is primarily a DP, Dan also enjoys making his own films. Dan came up as a gaffer, working on feature films and commercials, and now applies his lighting knowledge to narrative filmmaking through his cinematography. He loves working with good people to tell meaningful stories and strives to make filmmaking a more egalitarian artform.
