On his arrival at his practice, he’s thrown by the presence of a mysterious intruder, Aisha, waiting in his consulting room. When Adam’s first patient, divorcee Lonnie, resists working with him, Aisha wants to help treat her. But Aisha’s presence stirs emotion within Adam himself, as he struggles to keep a hold on reality and a lid on his own psychological issues.
