The Portlandia Rats are back! Once more featuring the voices of Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein, and brilliantly directed by BENT's one and only Rob Shaw.
Rob Shaw began his animation career at prestigious Philadelphia’s University of the Arts. In the years since he joined the Bent Image Lab directorial stable, he has established himself as a marquis director with a portfolio of stand-out commercials, music videos, short films, and long and short form television. He helmed a series of stop-motion segments for the IFC hit show, Portlandia, one of which won "Best Television Program for Adults" at the 2012 Ottawa Animation Festival. His other kudos include "Best Animated Short" from the Atlanta Film Festival and a slew of Bessies Awards (including Best of Show) for his work on a campaign for the BC Dairy Association.
