SYNOPSIS:
After splitting up with her fiancé, a heartbroken Claudia hooks up with a hipster on the rebound. Eager to leave her previous love in the past, she follows him to an artist retreat in France where they encounter a wild European couple. One night, Claudia becomes an unwitting participant in their hedonistic escapades.
BIO:
Laura Beckner is an actress and singer who has performed at The Kennedy Center, Edinburgh Fringe, Upright Citizens Brigade, and Williamstown Theater Festival, to name a few. In 2016, she collaborated with contemporary artist David Levine and performed at REDCAT in Los Angeles and Princeton University. Her screenplays have been official selections at The Austin Film Festival and The Female Eye Film Festival. Her feature film is in development at the 2017 Canadian Film Centre Producers Lab. (le) Rebound is her directorial film debut.
