•AD SPECS FOR HALF PAGE (no bleed) is 7"w x 4 1/2"h
•AD SPECS FOR QUARTER PAGE (no bleed) is 3 1/4"w x 4 1/2"h
•AD SPECS FOR EIGHTH PAGE (no bleed) is 3 1/4"w x 2"h
In addition to print ads, the 2020 Woodstock Film Festival is also offering:
•1 3/4" x 1 3/4" box ads in monthly eNewsletters, which are sent to 13,000+ recipients and remain online
•Onscreen slide Ads
•Discounted Ad Package which includes print ad, eNewsletter ad, and Online Screen ad.

PRINT PROGRAM FORMATS:
•Artwork must be provided digitally.
•We prefer Acrobat PDF Files.
•Artwork must be saved as CMYK and B&W ads as grayscale or cmyk.
•Images must be 300DPI at the correct size
•Line art should be 1200DPI at the correct size
•OPI should be OFF
•There are no bleeds
OTHER ACCEPTABLE FORMAT includes Adobe Photoshop (.tiff)
Picture resolution should be 300 DPI or higher.
TO TRANSMIT ADS:
Please compress or zip all ads larger than 8MB.
All digital ads can be:

The Woodstock Film Festival reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertising for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser or advertising agency and whether or not such advertising was previously acknowledged, accepted published. Please note the the pre program newspaper inserts released prior to the festival do not contain ads. The ads sold here are for the full color commemorative program.
