IMPORTAN NOTE:
Due to overwhelming demand, we have decided to continue online sales through September 30, but ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE between September 28-30, must be picked up in person at the BOX OFFICE at 13 Rock City Road (see Map). They will not be sent and will be kept at will call at the BOX OFFICE ONLY. PLEASE give us ONE day to process tickets. We can not print them until following morning. Sorry, but we cannot remove the shipping/handling fee.

• Passholders & ticket holders MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to the screening or panel. Empty seats will be considered available and made avilable to the standby queue .

• All events are subject to change. Please check website to confirm venues and times.

• Many of the events that appear to be SOLD OUT online will in fact have tickets available on stanbdy. This is NO GUARANTEE that tickets will be available. Lines can get long for particular films and SOLD OUT indicated that presales on the even are very high.

• If you have tickets for Rhinebeck or Rosendale that you ordered online or by phone that require to be picked up, you must go to the BOX OFFICE IN WOODSTOCK to pick them up. These tickets will not be sent to the venues. Leave yourself plenty of time to stop in before going to your venue.

• When planning your festival schedule, please bare in mind that the driving distance from Woodstock to Rhinebeck and Rosendale is about 30 minutes.

Pricing
• Tickets range from $7 to $20 for screenings and panels. See the schedule online for specific prices. Concert prices vary.
• A handling fee of $7.95 will be added per online order or phone order that is mailed. This fee cannot be removed for online orders even after September 27, when tickets will be available for pickup at the box office only.
• Student and senior discounts are available with ID, in person at Box Office, venue.
• We cannot honor senior discounts online or over the telephone.
• Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES

Internet Orders
• From September 7 through September 30, advance single admission tickets can be purchased through our secure website at www.woodstockfilmfestival.com.

• ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE AFTER between September 28-30, must be picked up in person at the BOX OFFICE at 13 Rock City Road (see Map). Sorry but we cannot remove the shipping/handling fee.

Telephone Orders
• The BOX OFFICE is manned by dedicated VOLUNTEERS.
• They will do their best to help you with your ticket selection over the telephone.
• Please take into consideration that volunteers are simultaneously filling out Internet, walkup and telephone orders. The phones can get very chaotic and they tend to be busy. You may need to leave a message and someone WILL call you back.
• Please be patient. We are doing our best to help you.
• The last day for telephone orders is September 29.

Walk-Up Orders
• Tickets for all venues will be available for purchase
at the BOX OFFICE
from SEPTEMBER 5 thru October 4.

• Upstate Films and the Rosendale Theater will have tickets available at their respective venues. Please contact them to see what their status is.

Day of Event
• Tickets are available at the BOX OFFICE until four hours prior to the event.

• All unsold tickets are then available only on the standby line at the screening venue on a CASH ONLY basis. Standby ticket are sold 5 minutes prior to show but venue managers will have a waiting list for tickets at select venues.

• Tickets will be held at the BOX OFFICE at 13 Rock City Road in Woodstock. If you have tickets at will call, you must go to the BOX OFFICE to pick them up. These tickets will NOT be sent to the venue.

• Please note all events listed as ON STANDY will have a standby queue where any open seats five minutes prior to show time will be sold on a CASH ONLY basis. Standby queues form no earlier than one hour prior to any event.

NOTE:
If you have tickets for Rhinebeck or Rosendale that were ordered online or by phone, you must go to the BOX OFFICE to pick them up. These tickets will not be sent to the venues. Leave yourself plenty of time to stop in before going to your venue or order early enough so we can send them to you.
