The GOLDEN PAVILION VILLA is privately situated on 4 beautifully landscaped acres. This 5000 sq. ft. Balinese-inspired villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. It features stunning 180 degree ocean views, a heated infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, billiards room, media room, office with fax/pc/wifi, gym, A/C in all primary rooms, 29’ powerboat and short walk to a perfect sandy beach. Chef services are not included but available for extra. (see details online)

The Hudson Valley Film Commission (HVFC) is a not-for-profit, 501 (C)(3) organization that promotes and creates sustainable economic development by supporting and attracting film, video and media production in the Hudson Valley, Catskills.
HVFC acts as a conduit for preproduction, production, and postproduction for filmmaking in the Hudson Valley and Catskill region. HVFC attracts filmmakers from around the world to the region and provides support throughout the year to studio features, independent features, print, new media, short films, and television shows and ads.

 About 120dB Films:
120 dB Films is a finance company specializing in gap, pre-sale, tax credit, finishing, P&A and bridge loans to the entertainment industry. Since inception, 120 dB Films has financed over fifty five films. Their primary goal is assisting producers that have already raised a substantial portion of their required capital, to complete the necessary funding and close. The principals at 120 dB Films appreciate that each film is unique in terms of its financial structure and requirements, and are committed to working expeditiously with an open mind regarding terms and conditions. They do, however, strictly adhere to a "last in-first out," secured financing model. While they do not provide equity, they do have relationships with multiple parties that provide mezzanine loans, and would be happy to make introductions for compelling projects that they endorse. |
