Woodstock Film Festival.
All statements I have made in this document/form are true, and I certify
that I have cleared all rights for this film

understand that no officers, employees, or agents of
the Woodstock Film Festival can be held liable for
the contents of
or damage to the film. My entry into
this competition grants the festival the rights that
have been stated in these guidelines.
1/2" VHS tapes or DVDs will be returned only if a
prepaid, self-addressed envelope is provided.
Otherwise, the video or DVD will
become property of the festival.
Formal notification
of acceptance will be made by email and/or telephone
Screening prints for accepted films will need to arrive
in Woodstock by September 15, 2005
