SYNOPSIS:
Two bakery wedding cake toppers come to life and escape to find their own happily ever after.
BIO:
Avery Herzog is a recent graduate of Ithaca College studying Cinema and Photography with a concentration in production, and a minor in animation. From Saugerties, New York (near Woodstock), he has always been passionate about both live action film making and animation. Avery's cinematic interests also extend to post production, including editing, visual effects, compositing, and animation.

This past semester at Ithaca College Avery won the David Ames Award, a 5000 dollar grant in which students pitch a script to be made into a film during spring break. His idea, Moved to Tiers, featured wedding cake toppers as characters. As a result of this visual effects heavy idea, the entire film had to be shot twice, once to shoot live action performers on green screen, and again on location to shoot the backgrounds they would be later composited into. Though it was very time consuming work that dominated most of his semester, everyone involved is very proud of the end product.
