BIO: Franz Maria Quitt is an actor and director from Vienna, Austria. He moved to New York in 2008 to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. After graduating in 2010, he appeared in film and TV projects, including The Professor, Breaking Bad and Chicken; as well as the plays Five Finger, Exercise, and Professor Bernhardi. In 2014, he made his directorial debut with Mother. He returned to Vienna in 2015 to produce the Award-winning Eisenherz, and to apply to the Film Akademie in Vienna. He is one of three directing students to have been accepted.
