SYNOPSIS:
A tween alien on the run finds sisterhood in a small town in upstate New York; but her outer-space captors are closing in.

In our current moment when immigrants are increasingly feared and shunned, Sister tells the tale of a persecuted girl from another planet whose reception on earth is both surprising and inspiring. Thirteen-year old Benny Rendell’s new short film shows the power of sisterhood and how "others: aren’t so different after all.
