Daykwon, 14, a cocky, foul-mouthed kid from the Rockaways, goes to his first big commercial audition. Upon meeting Stacy, a forthright child actress in the waiting room who calls him on his arrogance, Daykwon lets his macho facade down and develops his first real crush.
BIO: Patrick Letterii is a director and editor based in Brooklyn, New York with a background in theater, marketing, and writing. His commercial for TNT won multiple Cannes Lions awards in 2014, and his 2015 music video for SOS's Youth in Decline was released by Nylon Magazine. He frequently collaborates with, and has directed music videos for up and coming hip-hop artist Amir Obé.
In the summer of 2016, he wrote and directed the short films Daykwon and July, which premiered at the 2017 Brooklyn Short Film Festival. He also co-directed and produced the independent pilot Guap. Currently, Letterii is producing a documentary by William Hart about the Flint Water crisis from executive producer Paul Haggis and has several narrative scripts in development.
