SYNOPSIS:
A tough night in a tough city.
BIO:
Arthur Metcalf is an animator living in Manhattan. Born in California, he skipped across the country and spent a few years in Paris before arriving in New York. He studied a bunch of languages and some religion (Ha-Notsri!), and then taught himself to animate. He works as a freelance animator and compositor in commercial business, has recently branched into video game design, and moonlights on his own projects.
