SYNOPSIS:
Meet Tom and Barbara, the proud new owners of a serial killer's house-- the most infamous residence in Sacramento, California. The middle-age couple soon realizes it's going to take more than a fresh coat of paint to whitewash their home's macabre history.
BIO:
Nicholas Coles is an Australian born filmmaker who lives in Los Angeles. His professional career began in New York City where he worked on numerous independent films.For five years he was a writer and producer for MTV Networks. He has written and produced content for Spike TV, iFilm, Disney and ABC Australia.

In 2014 he wrote and produced the short film "The Charlatan", which played at numerous film festivals, including in Aspen, Palm Springs and Woodstock. Nicholas is currently in production on a narrative feature based on the serial killer Dorothea Puente.
