SYNOPSIS:
Life has changed quite a bit in the former Eastern Block. We still have our goats, but we watch way more television. And Erie is pregnant with triplets.
BIO:
Carina Tautu recently completed her MFA degree in Film Directing at Columbia University in New York. She attended this graduate program thanks to an American Association of University Women International Fellowship. Prior to Columbia, she studied at the National University of Theatre and Film "I. L. Caragiale", in Bucharest, Romania. Carina's most recent documentary work was with Wide Angle/PBS Channel 13. She taught for the undergraduate Film Program at Columbia University in 2004. The narrative short "Still Center" produced in 2005 is her thesis short.
