Please send two DVDs for previewing. DVDs will be returned only if a prepaid, self-addressed envelope is provided. Otherwise, DVDs will become property of the festival. Formal notification of acceptance will be made by email and/or telephone in early September. Screening prints for accepted films will need to arrive in Woodstock by 9/15/08.
By submitting this form, you are stating that you have read and agree with the guidelines of the Woodstock Film Festival. All statements you made in this document/form are true, and you certify that you have cleared all rights for this film and understand that no officers, employees, or agents of the Woodstock Film Festival can be held liable for the contents of or damage to the film.
