Screen ads will be featured between films in select venues during the entire film festival as part of a
15 minute loopingh HIGH DEFINITION slideshow, which will highlight your ad and images commemorating the
13th Woodstock Film Festival

*Each ad will run a total a total of 3 times through the 15 minute slide show for 10 seconds each.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONSCREEN ADS

In order for onscreen ads to take full advantage of the screen size, they should be formatted for16" wide by 9" high.
The PIXEL COUNT should be set to 2400 pixels x 1350 pixels

Any ad that does not meet those dimensions will get black borders in order to fill required size.

FORMATS

Please provide jpg, tiff or pdf file

Color must be saved as CMYK and B&W ads as grayscale or cmyk. TO TRANSMIT ADS:
Please stuff all ads larger than 6mb.
All digital ads can be uploaded to our public iDisk (contact us for access info)
or emailed to wffprogram@me.com using www.yousendit.com

Disks, proofs, and hard copy ads can be sent by Snail Mail to:
