Trade Day is Dawson Williams’ directorial debut. He has spent most of his life in the worlds of academia and business. While working as a corporate executive, he began writing screenplays. Johnny O’Reilly attended post-graduate studies in film at New York University. In 1997 Johnny returned to Ireland and began working as a freelance film and video director. Johnny’s work to date, as a director, includes Moscow Velocity (2000), a documentary about a Russian Tabloid newspaper and numerous commercials and music videos.
